USA GOLDEN DOORS wants every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review this Return and Refund Policy before requesting a return.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us first at info@usagoldendoors.com or call (626) 421-1561 so we can provide return instructions.

Eligible Items

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original packaging with all included hardware, accessories, and documentation. Items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, special-order, final-sale, installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or incomplete items are not returnable unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and order details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or shipping damage confirmed by our team. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.
